Where can I find a report detailing the reasons why customers are cancelling their subscriptions in Bold Subscriptions?
A "Cancelled subscriptions" report is available within the Bold Subscriptions dashboard. This report includes cancellation reasons if they have been enabled in the cancellation management settings.
To download this report, follow these steps:
- In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click "Reports".
- Under "Historical reports", select a date range.
- Check the box next to "Cancelled subscriptions".
- Click "Create 1 report".
- When the report is ready, click "View all reports".
- Download the file by clicking on the download icon.
