My Bold Custom Pricing discounts work on some orders but are not applying to others - what could be causing this issue?
There are a few reasons the discount may not apply to some orders. These are as follows:
- The customer added products to their cart and moved to the checkout before logging in. The discount is only applied if the customer logs in before adding products to the cart and checking out.
- You have a dynamic "Buy Now" button or express checkout / wallet pay button on the product page. These buttons skip the necessary add-to-cart function that Custom Pricing requires to apply its discounts. You can still enable wallet pay buttons on the checkout page, however, they should be removed from all product pages.
- You are using a non-primary market in Shopify Markets - Depending on the discount method you are using in Custom Pricing, the use of non-primary markets vary depending on how you discount your products.
