Why am I Unable to Change a Customer's Subscription Interval?

A customer's subscription interval cannot be changed to a different frequency; the option is unavailable in the dropdown menu. How can this be corrected?

If the frequency option is unavailable in the dropdown menu, this means it does not exist in that product's subscription group.  You can edit the subscription group to add it.

Follow these steps:

  1. In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Subscription groups.
  2. Under the Actions column, click on the ellipsis for the group you'd like to edit.
  3. Select Edit subscription group.
  4. In the Subscription frequency section, click Add new frequency.
  5. Add the new frequency details.
  6. Click Save frequency.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save changes.

Once the frequency has been added to the subscription group, follow the instructions in Subscription Management: Merchant Perspective > Change order frequency to update your customer's subscription frequency.
