How to swap a product in a customer's subscription?
To swap a product in a specific customer's subscription, please follow these steps:
- In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Customers.
- Search for the customer by name or email.
- Click on the ellipsis beside the customer, and select "Manage Subscriptions".
- If more than one subscription exists, click "Show details" under the subscription you would like to edit.
- Click "Products in your subscription".
- Click "Swap product" next to the product you want to swap out.
- Click "Select product" next to the product you would like to swap the original product with.
- Click "Swap products".
