Taxes are not showing because the tax option is likely disabled in the app's "Manage Tags" section for the relevant tags. To fix this, open the app, go to "Manage Tags," select the tag, edit it, and choose "Product default" in the "Tax" dropdown. Repeat for other tags as needed.
