Will customers receive an email confirmation after their subscription is cancelled?
No, Bold Subscriptions does not automatically send email confirmations when a subscription is cancelled, regardless of whether it's cancelled by the customer or an administrator.
Integrations with Klaviyo and Zapier can be used with Bold Subscriptions to send automated emails or SMS messages based on triggers such as subscription created and subscription cancelled.
