How do I add product to an existing subscription as a one-time order?
If the product is available one your store for one-time purchase, you can add the product to your customer's subscription as a one-time order. Adding a product one-time requires you to log in to the customer portal as your customer would. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Enable the setting in Bold Subscriptions
- From within Bold Subscriptions, select Settings.
- Select Customer portal.
- Enable the toggle next to Customer can add products to their existing subscriptions.
Step 2: Add the product
- In Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.
- Search for the customer by name or email.
- Select the ellipsis (three dots) beside the customer name, and select Log in to Customer Portal.
- Within the active subscription overview, click Add Products.
- Select the desired product.
- If applicable, select the size and quantity.
- Click Add to the next order only.
