Product not appearing when swapping product?

I'm trying to swap out a product, but the product isn't showing up for me to change.

You can only swap between products that belong to the same subscription group. If you are unable to find the product you want to swap to, it is likely because the product doesn’t belong to the same subscription group as the customer’s original product. In this case, you can change subscription group the customer's product belongs to. This only changes it for that customer in order for you to perform the swap.

To change a product's subscription group for a single customer, please follow these steps.

  1. In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to "Customers".
  2. Search for the customer by name or email.
  3. Next to the customer's name, click on the ellipsis (three dots) and select "Manage Subscriptions".
  4. Expand the "Products in your subscription section", and click "Edit".
  5. Click "Edit" next to the name of the existing subscription group.
  6. Select the subscription group that you would like to change the product to.
  7. Click "Confirm".
  8. Click "Save Changes".
