A new customer subscription was created, but it is not visible within the Bold Subscriptions app. Why is the new subscription not showing and how can it be accessed?
There can be a slight delay for a new subscription to appear in the app. Try waiting 30 minutes, then search for the customer's subscription on the customer page using their email address. Alternatively, the "View Subscription" link on the Shopify order page can be used to access the subscription.
