How to Add a Product to a Customer's Subscription?

How can an administrator add an additional product to a customer's subscription order?

To add a product to a customer’s subscription, you must use the Log in as Customer feature.

Follow these steps:

  1. In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Settings > Customer portal.
  2. Enable the toggle next to "Customer can add products to their existing subscriptions".
  3. Navigate to the Customers page.
  4. Find the customer by name or email.
  5. Click on the ellipsis (...) under the "Actions" column, and select "Log in to Customer Portal".
  6. Within the active subscription overview, click "Add Products".
  7. Select the desired product.
  8. Click on "Add to this subscription" or "Add to next order only". Note: The options that available here are dependent on how you offer the product on your store (for subscription or one-time purchase).
