How can an administrator add an additional product to a customer's subscription order?
To add a product to a customer’s subscription, you must use the Log in as Customer feature.
Follow these steps:
- In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Settings > Customer portal.
- Enable the toggle next to "Customer can add products to their existing subscriptions".
- Navigate to the Customers page.
- Find the customer by name or email.
- Click on the ellipsis (...) under the "Actions" column, and select "Log in to Customer Portal".
- Within the active subscription overview, click "Add Products".
- Select the desired product.
- Click on "Add to this subscription" or "Add to next order only". Note: The options that available here are dependent on how you offer the product on your store (for subscription or one-time purchase).
