Why does the Bold Upsell popup only trigger once per customer session, even if multiple trigger products are added to the cart? Is there a setting to change this behavior?
The Bold Upsell popup triggers when a customer has a trigger product in their cart and the trigger event is activated. It stops displaying once the offer product is added to the cart. There is currently no setting to change this behavior. All products can be trigger products as long as the offer product is not already in the cart. If the offer product is already in the cart, the offer will not be displayed.
