Bold QuickBooks Sync allows you to automatically export your Shopify order data to QuickBooks Online, or create manual exports on demand. All data from each order such as customers, products, sales, taxes, shipping, refunds, and more, are included in each export. QuickBooks Sync also allows you to quickly map data, and import products and inventory levels from QuickBooks Online to Shopify.

Note: An active QuickBooks Online account is required to use this integration. Please visit Intuit's Plans & Pricing article for more information on getting started with QuickBooks Online.

Availability & installation

QuickBooks Sync is available on the Shopify app store. You can download it to your store from the following link: Bold QuickBooks Sync.

Pricing

QuickBooks Sync has a variety of price plans to help all businesses at all stages of growth. Each plan includes a specific number of orders that can be exported. If your store exceeds the plan limit, an additional charge is applied to your Shopify invoice to a maximum of $99.99 depending on your plan.

A 14-day free trial is available on all paid plans for stores installing for the first time.

Note: QuickBooks Sync bills on a 30-day period, starting from the date a plan is selected. Switching between plans immediately processes a new charge, and the 30-day billing period starts again.
