The Facebook Pixel integration for Cashier will send a variety of events to your Facebook account which can be used to track conversions in the checkout. Events that are sent include:
Steps to Troubleshoot Facebook Pixel
- Verify Pixel ID
Verify you have entered your correct Facebook Pixel ID in Cashier under Settings -> Analytic Settings.
- Verify Events
Install the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension. Visit your checkout page and click on the extension icon at the top of your browser to see whether the events firing or not.
- Check Facebook account to see if events made it through
You can check your Facebook Ads account to confirm that events made it into your view. With very few exceptions (such as an incorrect Facebook pixel ID), events should be visible from the Events Manager.
