Loyalty Points offers an easy-to-navigate setup wizard to help simplify the process of creating your loyalty program. You're able to configure the basic aspects of your program, such as your program's name and the way customers earn points.
Here's how to navigate this setup:
- Select Start Setup.
- Enter your program name and change the name of your "points" (optional). Select Next Step in the bottom right corner.
- Adjust your earning actions and the points rewarded for each event (optional). Select Next Step in the bottom-right corner.
Note: By default, the app is configured to provide roughly 2% in rewards on purchases.
- Change your reward costs and the value for each (optional). Select Next Step in the bottom right corner.
- Customize the display of your storefront widget (optional). Select Next Step in the bottom-right corner.
Note: You can select from the list of preset colours or use your own colours through the "Custom Theme" section.
- Select Finish Setup.
Note: The storefront widget is enabled by default. You can turn this off by selecting the toggle switch before you finish the setup process.
