Add Shipping Zones in Cashier


In order to use Bold Cashier, you must have at least one "Shipping Zone" set up.

To set up shipping zones, follow these steps:

  1. From BigCommerce's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Cashier.

    Select Cashier

  3. Select Settings, then Shipping Settings.

  4. Select Create Zone.

    Select Create Zone

  5. Enter a Zone name, and select the country or countries this zone should apply to.

  6. Select the Enable carrier-calculated rates checkbox (optional).

    Note: This is the recommended method as it automatically pulls in shipping rates from your selected carrier.

  7. Select a carrier under Choose your carrier.

  8. Select Percentage of Live Shipping Rate or Flat Fee (optional).

    Note: This is to increase the shipping rate to cover your costs.

    Select Additional Fee

  9. Enter a number to increase the shipping rate by (optional).


  10. Select Save.

    Save Shipping
