To refund an order placed through Bold Cashier, follow these steps:
- From BigCommerce's admin, select Apps.
- Select Cashier.
- Select Orders, then All Orders.
- Select the edit button beside the order you want to refund.
- Enter the quantity of products.
Note: Select Issue Full Refund to provide a full refund on the order and bypass these steps.
- Enter the amount of shipping (optional).
- Specify a refund total.
Note: The total refund amount can be specified here.
- Select Refund $XX.XX.
