View and Resolve Notifications in Bold Checkout



Bold Checkout will notify you of any issues that need to be resolved within the app.

To view and resolve your notifications in Bold Checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. From BigCommerce's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Bold Checkout.

    Select Bold Checkout

  3. With your mouse pointer, select the Bell Icon in the top-right corner.

    Select Notification Icon

Things to Note:

  • If there are any notifications, they will display here on hover.
  • If the bell is not present, you have no notifications.
  • Notifications can either be red (critical) or blue (informational).
  • If you select a notification, you will be taken to resolve the issue.
