Customize the Language Settings

Loyalty Points can accept both Latin and Non-Latin language characters.


Loyalty Points offers you the ability to change the verbiage that's used when the app displays your customer's loyalty information.

To adjust these settings, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select the Apps option on the left-hand side of your Shopify admin

  2. Select Bold Loyalty Points.

    Select Bold Loyalty Points from your list of apps

  3. Select Settings, then Language Settings.

    From the side navigation bar, select Settings. From within the Settings dropdown menu, select Language Settings (third from the top).

  4. Adjust the verbiage accordingly.

    Note: The "merge fields" at the top of this page can be used to reference specific information about the customer.

  5. Select Save Changes.

    In the bottom-right corner, select Save Changes
