Bold Subscriptions gives your customers the flexibility to manage their own subscriptions within the Manage Subscription page. With a redesigned interface, the new Manage Subscriptions Page 2.0 offers a more intuitive design to make it even easier for your customers to view and manage their subscriptions.
In addition, the Manage Subscription Page 2.0 allows you to offer your customers the flexibility to make new changes (like pausing and resuming subscriptions), and ensures that your customer are kept on the same domain as your shop. This article will go over these benefits and more.

On September 1st, 2022, stores that are still using the Manage Subscription Page 1.0 will automatically be moved to Manage Subscription Page 2.0.
Benefits
With an improved interface, more information loads when your customer first enters their Manage Subscription page. Visually, your customer's subscriptions are better represented with a view of their products and important details regarding their subscriptions.
The Manage Subscription Page 2.0 is also embedded into your store's theme. This means that the styling will better match your store's current theme.

On September 1st, 2022, stores that are still using the Manage Subscription Page 1.0 will automatically be moved to Manage Subscription Page 2.0. If you have opted to move back to Manage Subscription Page 1.0, and wish to active the Manage Subscription Page 2.0 again, you can follow the steps below.
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.
- Select Settings, then Manage Subscriptions Page.
- Select Enable Page Customization & Preview.
Note: You can preview the manage subscription page by enabling this option, selecting Save Changes, then choose Preview Page.
- Select Launch New Manage Subscriptions Page.
- Select Save Changes.
If you prefer to stay with the Manage Subscription Page 1.0, you can simply toggle the buttons to the off position. To do this, please follow the steps below.
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.
- Select Settings, then Manage Subscriptions Page.
- Toggle the Launch New Manage Subscription Page button to off.
Note: Once in the off position, the toggle will be grey in color.
- Select Save Changes.
