Version 2 of Bold Loyalty Points gives you the flexibility to import or export your customer's information from another loyalty app, into Bold Loyalty Points. You can also import your information from Loyalty Points V1 to upgrade the app's version.
Setup

Your customer information should already be exported into a .CSV file in order to perform an import.
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Bold Loyalty Points.
- Select Customers.
- Select Import.
- Select Choose File and use the file manager to select the .CSV file you would like imported.
- Select Set Balance.
Note: The Adjust Balance option is only used if you are importing customer balances into a currently-active program.
- Select Import.
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Bold Loyalty Points.
- Select Customers.
- Select Export Results.
- The following message will appear, and your results will be sent to the store owner's email address.
FAQ
When exporting from Bold Loyalty Points, the .CSV file will contain the following information:
- Customer Name
- Customer Email Address
- Customer Point Balance
When performing an export from Bold Loyalty Points, the .CSV file will be sent to the email address that's on file for the store owner.
