Add a Resume Cart Button to Klaviyo's Abandoned Cart Emails

Bold Cashier has the ability to use Klaviyo for its abandoned cart emails. However, the link in the email template needs to be adjusted for your customers to be taken to the correct place.

Here's how to change this link in Klaviyo:

  1. Navigate to Klaviyo's login page.
  2. Enter your account information and select Log in.

  3. Select Flows.

  4. Select Abandoned Cart.

  5. Select the ellipsis on "Email 1".

  6. Select Edit.

    Select Edit

  7. Select Edit Content.

    Select Edit Content

  8. Select Return to your cart.

    Note: You can edit the "complete your purchase" hyperlink to navigate back to your customer's abandoned cart. Select complete your purchase and repeat Steps 9 - 10 to do so.

  9. Copy and paste the following code over top of the Link URL:
    {{ event.ResumeUrl }}

  10. Select Save.

    Select Save

  11. Select Save Content.

    Select Save Content
