Create and Edit Audiences in Bold Brain

Overview

Bold Brain gives you the flexibility to create different segments of customers. You can set specific criteria that a customer must fall under in order to be considered part of the "Audience".

Audiences can be used to better target your email campaigns and create reports about how your customers shop on your site.

To create and edit your Audiences, please follow these steps:

Select the Apps option on the left-hand side of your Shopify admin

  5. Select the visitor conditions:

Define the visitors in the audience. On the left side, select which visitors will be included (viewed, added to cart, etc.) and choose the products relative to that audience and the conditions you've set. Alternatively, on the right-hand side, make the same conditions but exclude those visitors from the audience instead
