Why is my initial Motivator message not appearing?


Bold Motivator will only display its initial message to your customers once every 24 hours. This is because the app temporarily caches their IP address information to avoid "spamming" the customer with a message they may have already seen. However, the banner will continue to display each qualifying banner - and the confirmation message - as the customer adds more product to their cart.

If you have visited your storefront recently, and the initial banner message is not displaying, you may need to perform a hard refresh. Visit How to do a hard refresh in Chrome, Firefox, and IE (links to FileCloud) for more information on this.
