Change Price Plans in Bold Subscriptions

Please contact our Merchant Success team if you're interested in upgrading your price plan. There are some adjustments required on our end to enable certain features of the Advanced and Professional plans.

Bold Subscriptions offers different price plans depending upon the size and needs of your business.

The app's monthly cost ranges depending on your plan tier. The transaction fee could also scale down; depending on the size of your business.

To change your price plan in Subscriptions, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.

    Select Recurring Orders

  3. Select Settings, then Account & Billing.

    Select Settings/Account & Billing

  4. Select Upgrade Plan or Downgrade Plan on one of the following plan tiers:

    Plan Tiers

    • Essentials: This is the plan that comes installed with Subscriptions by default. All of the features listed below are included with this plan.

      Select Essentials

    • Advanced: This tier includes features such as priority support, the Build-a-Box Subscription Feature, and access to our Customer Portal & Statistics APIs.

      Note: Please contact our Merchant Success team after upgrading to this plan tier. Our team has to perform a few adjustments on our end to provide you with the additional features.

      Select Advanced

    • Professional: Our top tier plan; includes a dedicated account manager, as well as the Product Shuffle, Upsell by Email, and Multi-Currency payment features.

      Note: Please contact our Merchant Success team after upgrading to this plan tier. Our team has to perform a few adjustments on our end to provide you with the additional features. The Product Shuffle and Upsell by Email features require Bold Cashier to function correctly.

      Select Professional

  5. Select Approve Charges.
