Refund for Monthly App Charges

Bold understands if you choose to remove one of our apps for any reason. In some cases, you may have been recently charged for the app that you want to remove from your site.

Shopify processes all of the billing for our apps with monthly charges. Because of this, our team will need to contact them directly to provide any refunds to our customers.

Note: We may not be able to provide a refund in certain circumstances. Please view our Terms & Conditions within the app for more information.

Please contact our Merchant Success team if you wish to be provided with a refund for a particular app's charges.
