Shopify Plus Multiple Currencies Feature and Bold Apps


Shopify is introducing a feature for Shopify Plus merchants that allows them to show prices and charge customers in their local currency.

Due to the way this feature currently works, some of Bold's apps will have their pricing affected.

While we work on integrating our apps with Shopify's multiple currency feature, we strongly recommend that merchants temporarily disable this functionality.

To disable Shopify's multiple currency feature, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Settings.
  2. Select Payment providers.
  3. Under "Shopify Payments", select Edit.
  4. Under "Accepted Currencies", disable all currencies that are not the store's default currency.
  5. Select Save.
