Edit a Customer's Membership Plan



Bold Memberships offers you the flexibility to make adjustments to your customers' membership plans. You're able to change their billing amount, payment intervals, the number of payments, and offer additional trial time.

Note: Any adjustments made to a customer's plan must be accepted by that customer. After the changes are made, the customer will be emailed to accept the new plan details. You're not able to change a subscriber's plan information without having them accept the adjustments.

To edit a customer's membership plan, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Recurring Memberships.

    Select Recurring Memberships

  3. Select Memberships.

    Select Memberships

  4. Under "Actions", select the gear icon next to the customer who's plan you want to edit.

    Select Actions

  5. Select Edit.

    Note: You're also able to cancel or pause a customer's plan through this menu.

    Select Edit

  6. Select Edit.

    Select Edit again

  7. Adjust their subscription information accordingly.

    Adjust Settings

  8. Select Save.

    Note: The app will display a confirmation message if this change was successful.

    Select Save
