When Bold's Xero Integration creates a customer or variant in your Xero account, it will automatically generate a mapping to avoid creating duplicate information.
When you change the information on a customer or variant, this mapping will not be updated.
Setup
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Xero.
- Select Manage Mappings.
- Select Customers or Variant.
- Select the edit icon next to the mapping you want to adjust.
- Select the correct customer or variant.
- Select Save Mapping.
