When our Quickbooks Integration creates a customer or variant in your Quickbooks account, it will automatically generate a "mapping" to avoid creating duplicate information.
However, when you change the information on a customer or variant, this mapping will not be updated.
To update or change the mapping, please follow these steps:
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Intuit QuickBooks Online.
- Select Manage Mappings.
- Select Customers or Variant.
- Select the edit icon next to the mapping you want to adjust.
- Select the correct customer or variant.
- Select Save Mapping.
