Information is not Mapped Correctly in Quickbooks

When our Quickbooks Integration creates a customer or variant in your Quickbooks account, it will automatically generate a "mapping" to avoid creating duplicate information.

However, when you change the information on a customer or variant, this mapping will not be updated.

To update or change the mapping, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Intuit QuickBooks Online.

    Select Quickbooks

  3. Select Manage Mappings.

    Select Manage Mappings

  4. Select Customers or Variant.

    Select Customer or Variant

  5. Select the edit icon next to the mapping you want to adjust.

    Select Edit

  6. Select the correct customer or variant.

    Select Customer or Variant

  7. Select Save Mapping.

    Select Save Mapping
