Choose Your Cancellation Management Settings

Bold Subscriptions offers two different ways for you to manage how your customers can cancel their subscriptions.

To select your cancellation settings, please follow these steps:

  1. From BigCommerce's admin, select Apps.

  2. Select Bold Subscriptions.

    Select Bold Subscriptions

  3. Select Settings, then Cancellation Management.

    Select Settings/Cancellation Management

  4. Select one of the following options:

    Select Cancellation Options

    • Allow customers to cancel subscriptions: This will allow your customers to cancel their own subscription through the manage subscription page on the storefront. This is ideal if you want to give your customers the flexibility in choosing when to cancel their subscriptions.

      Select Allow Customers To Cancel

    • Don't allow customers to cancel subscriptions: This will hide the cancel subscription option from your customers on the storefront. They will only be able to cancel their subscriptions by contacting you directly.

      Note: This option may not be permissible in all of the regions that you sell subscriptions.

      Select Don't Allow Customers To Cancel
