In this article, we will go over the settings that can be adjusted within Bold Upsell. These settings will allow you to fully customize the language and the layout of the Bold Upsell modal.

General Settings - Offer Title/Description
The Offer Title and Description setting determines the title text and description that is used in the Upsell modal if multiple cross-sell or upsell groups are triggered at the same time.
Example
Product A and B are both set in different Before Checkout cross-sell groups in Upsell. If Product A and then Product B are added into the cart one by one and then the checkout button is selected, instead of Upsell choosing one of the cross-sell group's title and description, a generic title and description is used instead.
Here is an example of an upsell that is using a generic title and description that is set in Upsell:
Caution
This setting will only appear if you have Bold Product Options installed on your store.
This setting allows you to change the button text that redirects customers to fill out options for an offer product in the Upsell modal for "Before Checkout" and "Add to Cart" offers.
When changes are made to this setting, the following button's text is changed in the upsell modal:
Changing the Continue text overrides the Continue button on cross-sell and upsell offers for only "Add to Cart" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following button below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the No Thanks text overrides the Continue button on cross-sell and upsell offers for only Add to Cart offers.
If this setting is changed, the following button below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the Continue button text overrides the Continue button on cross-sell and upsell offers for only "Before Checkout" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following button below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the No Thanks text overrides the No Thanks button for only cross-sell offers for only "Before Checkout" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following button below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
This setting allows you to run a function on your store prior to the Upsell modal appearing on your page.
This feature is most often used for a terms and conditions function that a customer would need to accept first, prior to the Upsell modal appearing when the checkout button is selected on the cart page.
Changing the Add to Cart text overrides the Add to Cart button only on cross-sell offers for "Add to Cart" and "Before Checkout" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following button below will be changed in the upsell modal:
Changing the Added text overrides the text that appears when an offer product is added in the upsell modal for only cross-sell offers for "Add to Cart" and "Before Checkout" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following text below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the QTY setting overrides the text that appears in the quantity box for only cross-sell offers for "Before Checkout" and "Add to Cart" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following buttons below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the Replace Item setting overrides the text on the replace item button that appears for offer products in upsell offers on "Add to Cart" offers.
If this setting is changed, the following buttons below will be changed in the Upsell modal:
Changing the You added setting changes the text that appears near the top of the Upsell modal beside the trigger product that was added into the cart for only upsell offers.
If this setting is changed, the following text will be changed in the Upsell modal:

Changing the Add to order setting under Cashier offer settings will change the Add to Order button only on "After Checkout" offers in the Bold Cashier Thank You page.
If this setting is changed, the following text will be changed in the Bold Cashier Thank You page:

This setting will only appear if you have Bold Cashier installed on your store.
Changing the Offer Expiry Timer setting under Cashier offer settings will change the remaining timer that customers have to accept an "After Checkout" offer in the Bold Cashier Thank You page.
