Overview

Bold Subscriptions is an app that is packed with features that help with your inventory management, tracking, and adjustments. 

All of the features below will help your store manage inventory, and how your customers can behave on your store in regards to refunds and cancellations. This will help with your reporting and analytics for your inventory, as well as managing your customers cancellations to allow them additional options on keeping their subscriptions active.

Shopify Account Settings

When customers purchase your products as a subscription, they can do so while viewing your store as a guest or while logged in to a customer account. While customers do not need to be logged in to place a subscription order, they must have a Shopify account on your store in order to access their Manage Subscription Page once their first order is purchased.

While reviewing the Shopify accounts in your store's admin, you are able to specify whether your subscription orders require your customers to log in, or if logging in would be optional.

Buy Button Feature

Bold Subscriptions has a feature that allows you to create Buy Buttons. This is essentially a link that, once clicked, will navigate your customers to your stores checkout, with a subscription product.

Buy Buttons are often used by merchants in scenarios where you would want to include a button that directly adds a set product to the checkout page on a set frequency. This allows for a quick and easy button that can be inserted anywhere that accepts HTML code and, in result, can help with driving Subscription sales.

Manage Subscription Page

The Manage Subscription page is an area within your store's "Account" area for customers, which allows them to make changes to their subscription orders. This includes updating billing information, subscription intervals, quantities, and the ability to pause/cancel orders.

This area on your store is fully customizable, and the verbiage that is displayed can be adjusted within our apps settings.

Subscription Management (Merchant Perspective)

Bold Subscriptions offers a robust management system which allows you to manage each active or inactive subscriber within the app's admin. From here, you can view/edit customer subscription details, review the billing/shipping details of all subscriptions, and view/edit your customers next order date.

Cancellations and pausing can also be done within this section, within our app on your customers behalf.

Subscription Management (Customer Perspective)

Once your customers purchase a subscription product, they will be able to access their Manage Subscription page if they are logged in to your store.

From the Manage Subscription page, your customers will have a lot of options in adjusting their billing information, order intervals, or choose to cancel/pause their subscriptions.
