  • Updated

Bold Subscriptions V1 has built-in email management that allows you to send automatic notifications to your customers. You can choose which activities and triggers you'd like your customers to be notified about and Bold Subscriptions V1 will email them every time it occurs.

These emails are sent in addition to your regular Shopify email notifications.

We highly recommend enabling the following email templates in Bold Subscriptions V1:

  • Credit Card Declined
  • Shipping Address Declined
  • Manage Subscription Order
  • Insufficient Inventory

Customer email notifications

Your contact information and customer facing email notifications can be managed and enabled within the Bold Subscriptions V1 app admin under Settings > Email Notifications.

You can also update the contact information, including the From Email address, From Name, and Bold Notification Email address.

Alert

FAQ

  • When testing your email templates, the Bold Subscriptions app will display "Your Awesome Store" simply for testing purposes.

When the email templates are sent to real customers with actual subscriptions, "Your Awesome Store" will automatically be replaced with your actual store's name.
