With Bold Upsell, there are a two different types of offers that you can create:
- Cross-sell offers allow you to offer an additional product to your customers.
- Upsell offers allow you to offer an upgraded product to your customers. This upgraded product will replace the original product your customer has added to the cart.
Offers can be triggered as a pop-up when the add to cart or checkout button are selected, or statically displayed in the following locations:
- Cart Drawer offers are displayed in your Cart Drawer.
- In-Checkout offers are displayed in the Shopify checkout.
- Shopify Post Purchase Upsell offers are shown after your customer checks out. These can be used with the regular Shopify Checkout.
- Upsell after Checkout offers are shown after your customer checks out. These require a grandfathered plan of Bold Cashier.
This article will guide you, step-by-step, on how to properly create the different types of offers. You will also learn how to duplicate an offer and how to use individual variants with your offers.
For more information on creating your offers, please see the videos below or select an accordion for a step-by-step setup guide.
