As of May 1st, 2021, all new stores using Bold Checkout will be subject to a 1.0% transaction fee. If your store was using Bold Checkout prior to this date, you will be continue to pay a 0.5% transaction fee.
Bold Checkout charges a 1.0% transaction fee on every order processed through the checkout, even when integrated with Bold Subscriptions. There are no monthly fees.
Because Bold Checkout requires a third party payment gateway to process your customer's payments, you will also incur a transaction fee from the payment gateway. This fee depends on which provider you are currently using, but most commonly charge around 2.9% plus $.30 cents per transaction.
