Installation
To install Bold Checkout on your BigCommerce store, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Checkout page on the Bold Commerce website.
- Select Contact Sales.
- Enter your contact and store information into the prompts.
- Select Contact Bold Commerce.
Once the contact form has been filled out and submitted, the form will be sent over to our sales team to evaluate and reach back out to you.
Pro-Tip
Bold Checkout is also available for WooCommerce, and commercetools.
Once you have chatted with the Sales team and are ready to install Bold Checkout, they will provide you with further instructions on how to install Bold Checkout on your BigCommerce store.
Price Plan
While using the Bold Checkout, there is a 1.0% transaction fee that is charged for every order processed through this checkout. There are no additional monthly fees associated to this app.
Alert
As of May 1st, 2021, all new stores using Bold Checkout will be subject to a 1% transaction fee. If your store was using Bold Checkout prior to this date, you will be continue to pay .5% for your transaction fees.
If you also use our Bold Subscriptions app, this employs Bold Checkout to process the subscription orders. Any transactions that go through Bold Checkout that include a subscription item will be charged at a 1.0% transaction fee.
Since our checkout also requires a Payment Gateway to be connected, their transaction fees usually apply as well. This number depends on which provider you are currently connected to, but most charge about 2.9% plus $.30 cents per transaction.
