While using Bold Cashier on your store, the app will notify you of any issues that need to be resolved within the app.

All of the notifications will appear in the upper right corner in the Bold Cashier admin under the bell icon:
After selecting the bell icon, a pop-up of notifications that need attention will appear within the bell. If the notification is selected, you will be brought to the page within Bold Cashier that the issue can be resolved at.
If there is no bell icon present within Bold Cashier, there are no issues that are outstanding within the app. The bell icon may appear as a red or blue icon, depending on the issue that needs to be resolved. A blue bell icon represents notifications that are informational, while a red bell icon represents notifications that are critical to the performance of Bold Cashier, such as shipping zones or taxes.
