Bold has recently released a new version of the Subscriptions app. This article will help you identify which version you have installed on your store.
Bold Subscriptions V2 was released November 2nd, 2020. If you installed Bold Subscriptions before November 2nd, 2020, you likely have Bold Subscriptions V1.
Alert
- Bold Subscriptions V1 is no longer available for new installations.
- If you already have Bold Subscriptions V1 installed on your store, there is no requirement to move to V2—we will continue to support V1.
If you are interested in migrating from Bold Subscriptions V1 to V2, please visit Migrating to Bold Subscriptions V2. It's important to note that Bold Subscriptions V2 is not an upgrade from V1—it's a completely different app.
Determine Your Store's Version
Within the Bold Subscription app, the version information will appear on the top left corner. This will be displayed above the Dashboard section of the sidebar menu.
To determine the version your store is currently on for Bold Subscriptions, please follow these steps:
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Bold Subscriptions.
- On the top left corner, view the header of the menu.
