Bold Checkout is a powerful e-commerce app that allows you to provide a completely custom checkout experience to your customers.
Bold Checkout can be used in one of two methods:
- Bold Checkout Template: This method will redirect your customers to the Bold Checkout when placing their orders.
- WooCommerce Integrated Bold Checkout: This method seamlessly integrates the features of Bold Checkout within the WooCommerce checkout.
Bold Checkout replaces the checkout flow of your WooCommerce store. Your shipping, tax and payment plugins will be replaced by the settings within Bold Checkout.
Installation
Bold Checkout can be installed onto your WooCommerce store by navigating to the Bold website. From this page, select Let's talk and fill out the contact form. Once the contact form has been filled out and submitted, the form will be sent over to our sales team for evaluation.
Our sales team will provide you with further instructions on how to install Bold Checkout.
Price Plan
Bold Checkout charges a 1.0% transaction fee for every order processed through Bold Checkout.
Alert
As of May 1st, 2021, all new users of Bold Checkout will be charged a 1.0% transaction fee. If you were using Bold Checkout prior to this date, you will continue to pay 0.5% for this fee.
Because Bold Checkout requires a third party payment gateway, the gateway's transaction fees will apply as well. This percentage depends entirely on which payment provider you choose, but most charge around 2.9% + $0.30 cents per transaction.
