Bold Checkout will notify you of any issues that need to be resolved within the app. All of the notifications will appear in the upper right corner of the Bold Checkout admin, under the bell icon.
The bell icon may appear as red or blue, depending on the type of issue needing to be resolved:
- A blue bell represents notifications that are informational.
- A red bell represents notifications that are critical to the performance of Bold Checkout.
After selecting the bell icon, a pop-up will appear within the bell. If the notification is selected, you will be brought to a page within Bold Checkout that outlines how and where the issue can be resolved.
If there is no bell icon, there are no outstanding issues.
