Accepting a Collaborator Account Invitation

When a Collaborator account invitation is sent from our team, the invitation needs to be accepted in order for our team to access your store admin.

For steps on accepting a Collaborator account and providing access to Bold, please follow the steps in one of the methods below:

 Pro-Tip

If an active Staff account is already present on your store, a Collaborator account will not be needed from our Merchant Success team.

 


 

Method 1: Accept Collaborator Invitation via Store Owner Email

  1. From within the store owner email client that you are using, open the invitation email from our team.

    Open the invitation email

    Note: If you did not receive the invitation in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.

  2. Select View request within the invitation email.
  3. Select Accept request.

When enabling access, please ensure the areas for the orders, customers, products, themes, settings, and apps are all enabled.

 


 

Method 2: Accept Collaborator Invitation via Shopify admin

  1. From your Shopify admin, select Settings.
  2. Select Plan and permissions.

  3. Under Collaborator accounts, find and select Bold Commerce.

  4. Select Accept request.

When enabling access, please ensure the areas for the orders, customers, products, themes, settings, and apps are all enabled.
