Why are my discounts not applying?

  1. The discount group is not fully synced. If the discount group is still syncing, some products may not appear discounted. Wait for the sync to complete and check again. 
  2. The product is already in an active discount group. If a product is already in an active discount group when it is placed in another, the additional discount is skipped.
  3. Another app syncs or modifies product information. This would conflict with Bold Discounts. The only solution is to remove the conflicting app.
  4. A discount results in a price less than zero. If this happens, the discount is ignored. For example, if a $10 item is included in a sale with $12 discount, the price of the $10 item would become -$2. 
  5. A higher "cents override" is set on a low priced item. If a product is priced at $1.50, with a 10% discount, and a cent override of .79, the override will be ignored as it would increase the product price (to $1.79).
