I need to change a product for an existing subscriber, how do I do that?
To swap your customer's subscription product, please follow the steps below.
- From within Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.
- Search for the customer by name or email.
- Click on the ellipsis (three dots) beside the customer and select Manage Subscriptions.
- Click on Products in your subscription.
- Click Swap product next to the product you want to swap out.
- Click Select product next to the product you would like to swap the original product with.
- Click Swap products.
