Yes, you can preview Manual offers within Upsell by clicking on the magnifying glass under the Offer column on the Manual offers page.
You can also preview the Trigger products by clicking on the magnifying glass under the Trigger column. From there, you can click on the linked product title to be taken to the product page so you can test your offer live.
