Why are post purchase upsell offers not showing up after checkout?
Often display issues with post purchase offers happen because Upsell has not been given the correct permissions to appear in the Shopify checkout. To ensure the permission is enabled, follow these steps:
- From within the Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Checkout.
- In the Post-purchase page section, select Bold Upsell
Once this is done, you can navigate back to Upsell and create your offer.
