Why am I not seeing all shipping methods when trying to switch a customer's shipping method?

I have multiple shipping methods in Shopify, why is Bold only showing me one when trying to change a customer's method?

Bold Subscriptions allows you to switch your subscriber's delivery method between pickup, local delivery, and shipping (regular or fixed). By default, Shopify only allows the cheapest available shipping rate for recurring orders. If you do not offer pickup or local delivery, you will only see the cheapest available shipping rate from Shopify or the fixed shipping rate you have set up in Bold Subscriptions.
