We are committed to continuing to support and improve QuickBooks Sync, and as part of our commitment, we want to make sure we're transparent about any changes.
As of September 1st, 2022, QuickBooks Sync will no longer offer the free plan of its price plan tiers.
What does this mean?
We are simply removing the free tier plan. There are no other changes to the app's features or functionality.
From September 1st, 2022 and onwards, the new Starter Plan is $19.99/mo. This includes up to exporting 200 orders per month, as well as access to the product inventory sync feature.

What happens if I don't upgrade in time?
If a new plan is not chosen by September 1st, 2022, it is then required to select a new plan in order to resume export functionality.
Exports remain disabled until a new plan is chosen.

How can I upgrade my QuickBooks plan?
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps,
- Select QuickBooks Sync.
- Select Settings.
- Under Current Price Plan, select Change Price Plan.
- Select your preferred new plan.
