To offer a one-time discount to select subscribers, you can create a discount code in Shopify and add it to their subscriptions. Please note that some discount types are not compatible with subscriptions. Once your discount code is created, follow these steps to add it to the customer subscriptions of your choice: 1. In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Customers.2. Search for the customer by name or email.3. Select the ellipsis (...) beside the customer, and select Manage Subscriptions.4. Select Discount code, then Add discount.
