These templates used in the customize section are general templates used to show you how discounts are mentioned but will show the default 10% discount. If you have a different discount or do not offer discounts at all then your customers will not see discounts within their nudges.
When customizing my nudge templates, they show a 10% off discount and not the discount I had set?
