How can I efficiently pause a specific subscription box for all subscribed customers without manually pausing each one individually?
Currently, pausing subscriptions must be done on a per-customer basis. A "Customers by Product" report can identify subscribed customers within Bold Subscriptions on the Dashboard page under the Reports tab. This report can be filtered in Excel or Google Sheets to show only active subscribers.
